I try to work out once a day, usually first thing in the morning. My routine includes forty-five minutes of cardio on the treadmill or the stationary bike, followed by weights and situps. If I can’t make it to the gym, sometimes I’ll go for a run. But if I can’t work out at all in the morning, I use our Nintendo Wii after work.

I have Wii but not the balance board. I do have the weights though.
What’s your total workout time with the cardio + weights/toning? My issue is the time commitment, just not sure how to balance all of it in life!
Awesome about the workout. They say morning is best time to exercise. I’m trying to stay motivated to work out. Some days are harder than others.
That balance board can be a damn good workout.
I enjoy doing Wii fit workouts sometimes, especially the yoga since it helps to keep me balanced, and it’s kinda sorta like having an instructor.
