Though I usually can’t resist using my hands to help Jill work out her kinks at the end of a long day, sometimes she requires a bit more pressure than even I can provide.
Umm would you and Jill be so kind as to bring that here and use it on me? My fibro is really kicking in with the change in temps and the cold coming back and I need some kinks worked out..
I have a thumper like that as well, it can be very helpful. And my wand vibrator is good for my neck, feet, back of the knees, etc. Smaller more delicate areas where a thumper can’t easily reach or might hurt.

If I may make a suggestion: soaking in a hot bath with EPSON SALTS is very good for relaxing/unlocking muscles when one is really tight and hurting. Make sure to rinse off well because it dries the skin a lot. THEN move on to the massage portion of the evening.
If one doesn’t have a tub, or it’s part of the body difficult to submerge, you can dissolve the salts in hot water, soak a towel, and then apply directly to the problem area.
Personally I tend to soak my whole body, turning as if on a spit. I carry my stress in thighs and hips, sometimes my pelvis. When it gets bad my low back starts to hurt as the tension travels. When REALLY out of control my abdomen locks up.
So, I’ll start on my back, propped against the rear of the tub. Then turn on my side, propping head on hand. That REALLY gets the one hip and thigh. Plus much of my ARM and shoulder. Next onto my stomach. Pelvis, abdomen, upper chest. On to the next side, and finally back to my back.
I’ll also contort a bit to do some stretching while in there. Gets me really loose and relaxed. Standing up to shower is difficult and I lose some of my buzz, but the result is worth it. Clean hair and body, loose muscles, and off to bed!
